Operating as a one-person shop, processing time for orders is estimated to be between 1 and 5 business days. Shipments will be promptly made, and customers will receive notifications upon fulfillment of their orders.

International orders:

Duties and taxes are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for your order.

Refunds/Returns

Since my shop is also featured on the live commerce app Popshop Live, you may occasionally receive a refund notification if an item sells out. In these cases, I will notify you and promptly issue a refund for the affected item(s).
