No returns will be accepted at this time. If there are issues with the product or if the wrong items were sent, refunds/replacements (whichever customer prefers) will be issued to the customers. For specific instances, please contact the shop.

Operating as a one-person shop, processing time for orders is estimated to be between 1 and 3 business days. Shipments will be promptly made, and customers will receive notifications upon fulfillment of their orders.
